07.01.2023, 18:30 HRS - JOURNEY BEGINS I left my office at around 06:30 PM, full of excitement already visualizing my journey for the next week. I hopped on an auto-rickshaw and headed to the Calicut International Airport. On the way, I completed my web check-in on my mobile, trying to get an emergency exit seat for the extra legroom. Although it cost an extra Rs. 600, I hoped to snag a free seat by highlighting my unusual height ;P. Once I arrived at the airport, I completed the luggage check-in but wasn't able to get an upgrade to the emergency seat as the flight was at full capacity. I went through security checks and waited in the boarding area, where I spent my time watching YouTube videos and scrolling through Instagram posts while keeping my phone charged.
